ActiveCampaign Integration
How It Works
Add a webhook in WittyForm
In your form settings, add a webhook (or a Zapier connection) so every submission is sent to ActiveCampaign.
Point it at ActiveCampaign
In Zapier, choose ActiveCampaign as the action and select the list where new contacts should land.
Map fields and automations
Map form fields to ActiveCampaign contact fields and trigger automations when a new contact arrives.
Key Features
Live contact sync
New form respondents become ActiveCampaign contacts moments after they submit.
Automation triggers
Kick off an ActiveCampaign automation in Zapier when a new contact is created.
Tagging
Apply tags from form answers for richer segmentation, set up in your Zapier or webhook flow.
Custom field mapping
Map form fields to standard and custom ActiveCampaign contact fields.
Conditional sync
Use Zapier filters so contacts are added only when responses meet your conditions.
Deal creation
Create deals in ActiveCampaign CRM alongside the contact through Zapier actions.
Use Cases
Email sequences
Add form respondents to ActiveCampaign sequences for onboarding, nurturing, or re engagement.
Lead scoring
Create contacts with tags that feed into your ActiveCampaign lead scoring model.
Webinar follow up
Register attendees and trigger post webinar email sequences automatically.
Survey based segmentation
Use survey answers to tag contacts and route them into personalized automation paths.
Setup Guide
Open your form in the WittyForm editor and go to Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks.
Add a webhook pointing to your automation tool, or create a new Zap in Zapier with WittyForm as the trigger.
In Zapier, add ActiveCampaign as the action, pick your list, and map form fields to contact fields.
Turn the Zap on. New submissions create or update contacts and trigger your chosen automations.
