Create a Discord webhook
In your Discord server settings, create a webhook for the channel where you want notifications.
Add it as a WittyForm webhook
Open your form Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks, and paste the Discord webhook URL as a destination.
Choose what to send
Pick which form fields to include in the payload, then send a test submission to confirm it posts to Discord.

Setup Guide
In Discord, go to Server Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks. Create a new webhook for your target channel.
Copy the webhook URL and open your form in the WittyForm editor. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks.
Add a new webhook destination and paste the Discord URL. Select which fields to include in the payload.
Save and send a test submission. Each new form submission is then delivered to your Discord channel.
