Razorpay payments for WittyForm
Connect your own Razorpay account to a WittyForm workspace and collect UPI, card, netbanking and wallet payments directly inside your forms. Checkout opens as an overlay rather than a redirect, and payments are settled to your Razorpay account.
How It Works
Connect Razorpay
Paste your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret on the WittyForm Integrations page. Test and Live keys are both supported.
Choose Razorpay for the payment field
Add a Payment field, select Razorpay as the provider, and set the amount and currency.
Collect payments
Razorpay Checkout opens over your form. WittyForm verifies the payment signature, confirms the capture with Razorpay, and records it against the response.
Key Features
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets
Respondents pay with whatever Razorpay method they prefer — UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, or wallets.
No redirect
Razorpay Checkout opens as an overlay on top of your form, so respondents never lose their place or their answers.
Verified server-side
Every payment signature is checked against the order stored by WittyForm, then confirmed directly with Razorpay before the response is accepted.
Webhook reconciliation
If a respondent closes the tab mid-payment, the Razorpay webhook reconciles the payment so a completed charge is never lost.
Dynamic amounts
Use fixed, respondent-entered, or verified distance-based amounts, with the amount re-derived on the server.
Use Cases
Product orders
Sell products with an order form that takes UPI or card payment at the end.
Event registrations
Collect attendee details and payment in a single form for events, classes and workshops.
Donations
Accept fixed or respondent-chosen contribution amounts through Razorpay Checkout.
Client invoices
Send a form link to collect an invoice payment without building a checkout page.
Setup Guide
In your Razorpay dashboard open Account & Settings → API Keys and generate a key pair. Start with a Test key (rzp_test_…).
Open WittyForm Integrations, choose Razorpay, and paste the Key ID and Key Secret. WittyForm verifies them with Razorpay before saving, and encrypts them at rest.
In Razorpay, add a webhook pointing at https://wittyform.com/api/payments/razorpay/webhook for the payment.captured and order.paid events, then paste the webhook secret into WittyForm. This is a different secret from your Key Secret.
Add a Payment field to your form, choose Razorpay as the provider, and set the amount and currency. Indian Razorpay accounts accept INR unless international payments are enabled on the account.
Publish and run a test payment first — Razorpay’s test mode accepts success@razorpay as a UPI ID. Swap in your Live key (rzp_live_…) once it works end to end.
