In Microsoft Teams, use Workflows (Power Automate) to add an incoming webhook for your channel and copy the URL.
Add it as a WittyForm webhook
Open your form Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks, and paste the Teams URL as a destination.
Choose what to send
Pick which form fields to include in the payload, then send a test submission to confirm it posts to Teams.

Setup Guide
In Microsoft Teams, open the channel where you want notifications and start a new Workflow (Power Automate).
Choose the "post to a channel when a webhook request is received" template and copy the generated URL.
In WittyForm, open your form, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks, and add the Teams URL.
Save and send a test submission. Each new form submission is then delivered to your Teams channel.
