Salesforce Integration
How It Works
Add a webhook or Zap
Salesforce is not a native connector. Send submissions to it with a WittyForm webhook or a Zap in Zapier.
Pick the Salesforce action
In Zapier, choose the Salesforce action you want, like create a Lead, Contact, or Case.
Map fields
Match your form fields to the Salesforce fields in the Zap, then turn it on.
Key Features
Any Salesforce object
Through Zapier you can create Leads, Contacts, Cases, Opportunities, or custom objects.
Zapier field mapping
Zapier shows your real field names so you can map form answers to Salesforce fields.
Conditional paths
Use Zapier filters and paths to route to different objects based on form responses.
Direct webhook option
Prefer code? Point a WittyForm webhook at your own endpoint and write to the Salesforce API yourself.
Campaign attribution
In Zapier, assign new leads to a Salesforce campaign for source tracking.
Use Cases
Lead generation
Push website form leads into Salesforce as Lead records with source tracking through Zapier.
Case creation
Let customers submit support requests through a form that creates Cases in Salesforce.
Campaign responses
Track form submissions as campaign responses tied to specific marketing campaigns.
Custom object data
Collect structured data through forms and store it in custom Salesforce objects.
Setup Guide
Open your form in the WittyForm editor and go to Settings, then Integrations.
Add a webhook URL (for code) or copy it into a "Webhooks by WittyForm" trigger in Zapier.
In Zapier, add a Salesforce action, pick the object type (Lead, Contact, Case), and map your form fields.
Turn on the Zap. Each submission then creates or updates a record in Salesforce.
