Point WittyForm at the URL
In your form settings, add that URL as a webhook so each submission posts its data straight to Zapier.

Setup Guide
Log in to Zapier and click "Create Zap." Pick "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger app.
Choose the "Catch Hook" event and copy the webhook URL Zapier generates.
In WittyForm, open your form settings, add that URL as a webhook, and send a test submission.
Back in Zapier, add your action step (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot), map the fields, and turn on the Zap.
