Activating Your Lifetime Deal

WittyForm's lifetime deals give you permanent access to Pro or Enterprise features with a single one-time payment. This guide covers how to purchase, activate, and manage your lifetime deal.

Where to Buy

You can purchase a lifetime deal directly from the WittyForm website:

1. Visit the Pricing page at wittyform.com/pricing.
2. Select the plan you want: Pro ($37) or Enterprise ($117).
3. Click Get Lifetime Access to proceed to checkout.
4. Complete the payment using credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your license key and activation instructions.

Entering Your License Key

To activate your lifetime deal:

1. Sign in to your WittyForm account (or create one if you have not already).
2. Go to Settings and click Billing.
3. Click Activate License Key.
4. Paste your license key from the confirmation email.
5. Click Activate.

Your account will be upgraded immediately. All features included in your plan become available right away, and any existing forms will benefit from the new capabilities.

What Happens After Activation

Once your license key is activated:

• Your account is permanently upgraded to the purchased plan.
• All plan limits (forms, responses, quizzes) are lifted according to your plan.
• WittyForm branding is removed from your forms (Pro and Enterprise).
• You gain access to all features included in your plan immediately.
• Your billing page will show "Lifetime Deal" as your active plan with no renewal date.

What is Included

Your lifetime deal includes:

• Permanent access: Your plan never expires. No monthly or annual fees.
• All current features: Every feature available in your plan tier at the time of purchase.
• Future updates: All updates and improvements to features within your plan tier are included at no extra cost.
• Support: Access to our support team for the lifetime of your account.

Future Updates Policy

Lifetime deal holders receive all updates to features within their plan tier. When we add new capabilities to the Pro or Enterprise plan, your account gets them automatically. You never need to pay for updates or upgrades within your tier.

If we introduce an entirely new plan tier above Enterprise in the future, lifetime deal holders can upgrade at a discounted rate.

Transferring Your License

License keys are tied to the WittyForm account that activates them. If you need to transfer your license to a different account:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected].
2. Provide your current account email and the email of the account you want to transfer to.
3. Our team will process the transfer, typically within 24 hours.

Each license key can only be active on one account at a time. Transferring deactivates the license on the original account and activates it on the new one.

Troubleshooting

• License key not working: Make sure you are copying the full key from the confirmation email with no extra spaces. Keys are case-sensitive.
• Already activated error: Each key can only be used once. If you see this error, the key may already be active on another account. Contact support for help.
• Did not receive email: Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact support with your payment receipt.
