Brand Profiles and Audit

4 min read

If your organization manages multiple brands, products, or clients, WittyForm Enterprise lets you create separate brand profiles and assign them to individual forms. This ensures every form consistently represents the correct brand identity. Note: this feature is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan.

Managing Multiple Brand Profiles

Navigate to Settings > Branding > Brand Profiles to see all your brand profiles. Each profile contains its own complete set of branding:

  • Colors (primary, background, text, accent)
  • Fonts (heading and body)
  • Logos (light mode and dark mode)
  • Favicon
  • Custom domain (if applicable)
  • Email sender settings

Click Add Brand Profile to create a new one. Give it a name (e.g., your sub-brand or client name) and configure each branding element. There is no limit to the number of brand profiles you can create.

Assigning a Brand to Forms

When creating or editing a form, open the Design tab and select a brand profile from the Brand dropdown. The form will immediately adopt that brand's colors, fonts, logo, and other visual settings. If no brand is selected, the form uses your workspace default branding.

Changing a form's brand profile updates its appearance instantly: no need to manually reconfigure individual design settings.

Brand Audit Tool

The brand audit tool checks consistency across all forms assigned to a brand profile. Access it from Settings > Branding > Brand Audit. The audit scans for:

  • Forms using outdated branding (e.g., after you updated the brand profile, some forms may still reference old settings if overridden)
  • Forms with manual design overrides that deviate from the brand profile
  • Forms that are not assigned to any brand profile
  • Inconsistent logos or color usage

The audit generates a report listing each issue and the affected form. You can fix issues individually or click Apply Brand to All to re-sync every form with the brand profile, removing any manual overrides.

Switching Between Brands

In the form list view, you can filter forms by brand profile to quickly see all forms belonging to a specific brand. The brand name is displayed as a badge on each form card. To reassign a form to a different brand, open the form's Design tab and change the Brand dropdown selection.

Brand-Level Analytics

Analytics can be viewed at the brand level to understand how all forms under a specific brand are performing collectively. Go to Analytics > By Brand to see aggregated metrics including total responses, average completion rate, and top-performing forms for each brand profile. This is especially useful for teams managing multiple clients or businesses with multiple product lines.
